World famous soccer player, David Beckham, became a founding investor for the new British startup app, MyEye. Similar to Meerkat and Periscope, MyEye allows users to film, watch and share live clips with just a flick of a finger. Within the first 48 hours, Beckham got over four million people to download the app.
MyEye was started by British tech entrepreneurs Mark Bettering and Lee Musgrave with partner Paul Kavanagh. The idea began when Kavanagh wanted to share a video of fireworks with his family around the world. With the app you are able to publicly share your video clips or you can become private.
