Banc of California Stadium, the home of Major League Soccer’s Los Angeles FC, has launched a virtual reality mobile app that allows fans to explore the venue from afar.
The app is powered by LA-based VR and AR design company ROK360 and is an upgrade to the virtual reality system that had been in operation before the stadium’s construction was complete, according to an LAFC press release. The stadium opened in April and in its first six months has hosted concerts and esports events alongside soccer.
Users can look around the field and the premium club spaces in the venue by selecting different camera angles.
