Swope Park Rangers striker Wilson Harris continued his stunning run of form with his eighth goal in his last nine matches during last night's 3-1 victory over Birmingham Legion FC. Harris now has 10 goals in 2019, and no other teenager has more goals than the talented 19-year-old in the USL Championship season.
Harris struck in just the seventh minute last night, converting Alexsander's cross from the left wing with a deft backheel at the near post that flew into the corner beyond the despairing dive of Matt VanOekel in the Birmingham goal.
Harris, a product of the Sporting Kansas City Academy, signed a professional contract with the Rangers midway through 2018 and has 13 goals in 36 appearances over the past two seasons.
