The first half was not he best for the Swope Park Rangers, struggling to adapt to Louisville City FC’s smaller field and different grass. The home side dominated possession as the Rangers were unable to consistently connect passes.
Louisville were unable to capitalize on Swope Park’s difficulties.
Both team did put the ball into the back of the net only to see the goals called back for offside. Paco Craig was the guilty party in the 7th minute for Louisville and Kharlton Belmar was the offside goal scorer for SPR in the 25th.
The second half started completely differently for Swope Park, the Rangers were by far the more dangerous team.
