Sporting Kansas City remained unbeaten during the month of June with a 2-2 draw at the Montreal Impact on Saturday, receiving two goals from forward Dom Dwyer. The club will play two games this week in separate competitions, first traveling to face rivals Houston Dynamo in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup Round of 16 on Wednesday. The match will stream live on SportingKC.com and kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. CT at BBVA Compass Stadium.
Following Wednesday's U.S. Open Cup showdown, Sporting Kansas City (6-8-4, 22 points) will return home to host Columbus Crew SC (3-5-7, 16 points) on Sunday at Children's Mercy Park.
