Dom Dwyer scored two goals on Saturday as Sporting Kansas City (10-11-5, 35 points) scraped a 2-2 draw at first-place FC Dallas. The result keeps the club in fifth place in the Western Conference ahead of Tuesday's 2016-17 Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League opener at Central FC in Couva, Trinidad and Tobago.

The group stage match at Ato Boldon Stadium will kick off at 7 p.m. CT with an English-language live stream on CONCACAF's official Facebook page. A Spanish telecast of the contest will also air live on Univision Deportes Network.
