If you wanted more options for the Sporting KC attack, Sporting KC has answered your call. The club announced a trade today in which they sent defender Amadou Dia to the Montreal Impact in exchange for 23 year old Cameron Porter.
Dia was the 20th overall pick in the 2015 MLS SuperDraft by KC and had an immediate impact. He started the first match his rookie season and he finished with 1,317 minutes over 22 appearances. He was thought to be the right back of the future, but started struggling to get on the field for Vermes this season.
