On May 18th, The Hungarian national team announced that Sporting Kansas City winger Daniel Salloi made the list for a pair of friendlies. Unfortunately for the young Homegrown International, he will not be making his debut for the senior team.
Sporting KC manager Peter Vermes has traditionally been very supportive of players representing their country. Salloi is not going this time though Vermes told The Blue Testament, “He won’t go and the only reason he won’t go is because he is in the final process of his green card. Traveling is not a welcome thing during that final phase so we are just not jeopardizing that and they know that.
