The Swope Park Rangers home match versus Sacramento Republic FC, originally scheduled for Friday, July 27, has been rescheduled and will be held at 7:30 p.m. CT on Tuesday, July 10 at Children’s Mercy Park in Kansas City, Kansas.
The Rangers are 2-0-2 all-time against Sacramento, including a 1-0 victory in last year’s USL Western Conference Semifinals at Children’s Mercy Park on Kharlton Belmar’s game-winning goal and Adrian Zendejas’ four-save shutout.
Sacramento, led by new head coach Simon Elliott and captain Jeremy Hall, are currently unbeaten atop the Western Conference. The 2014 USL champions are 4-0-2 to start the 2018 season and the club’s 14 points are most in the USL this season.
