Sporting Kansas City ended the scoreless drought as well as a seven game MLS win-less streak with a 2-1 win over Orlando City SC on Sunday afternoon at Children's Mercy Park. Kansas City came bursting out of the gates to begin the match. For the first time in far too long, Sporting was playing with a purpose. They looked determined. This was a fun team to watch again! But for long time today, it looked like the result would be the same.
