The Kansas City Comets grabbed their second straight home win on Friday evening, defeating the St. Louis Ambush by a final score of 9-5 at Cable Dahmer Arena.
The Comets were powered by their plethora of local talent on display. Adam James led the way with four goals. Matt Lewis followed with a goal and two assists while Ray Lee added two goals and Kyle McLagan added two assists.
The Comets were also as healthy as ever with almost the full complement of players. Mirko Sandivari missed through illness while Hector Solorio was out with a right quad strain.
