FC Kansas City fights Seattle Reign to 0-0 draw

In a rematch of the last two NWSL Cups, the Blues and Reign held each other scoreless

FC Kansas City faced league rivals Seattle Reign Saturday. The game started with dominate possession by the Reign, the first shot made by Kim Little in the third minute. They then were awarded three back-to-back corner kicks but the Blues managed to keep the score nil-nil.

In the fourteenth minute midfielder Erika Tymrak sent a shot wide of the goal off of a cross from fellow midfielder Heather O'Reilly. Shortly after a goal kick from Reign goalkeeper Hope Solo, Rachel Corsie earned a yellow card for a handball.
