Sporting KC Manager Peter Vermes traveled to Baltimore last week for the first two rounds of the 2016 MLS SuperDraft. After having previously traded his second round pick for former goalkeeper Andy Gruenebaum, Vermes traded his first round pick to D.C. United for Targeted Allocation Money.
Following the SuperDraft, Vermes sat down with Goal.com's Thomas Floyd for a Sit-Down Special for Goal's podcast. The two discussed a variety of topics including Targeted Allocation Money, the 4-3-3 formation, Sporting KC's offseason additions and more.
