Kansas City native and future Sporting Kansas City Legend, Seth Sinovic called time on his playing career this past week. Sinovic had been without a team since the New England Revolution did not pick up his contract option at the end of the 2020 season. He did spend some time in preseason with Toronto FC, but was not signed by the club. Sinovic joined Sporting in 2011 after being waived by the Revolution, and the Revolution’s loss was Sporting’s gain as Sinovic displaced Michael Harrington and became the club’s starting left back for close to a decade.
