Abdul Rwatubyaye’s time with Sporting Kansas City was short with just two league appearances for the club and scoring a late winner for Sporting KC II before he was traded to the Colorado Rapids in the trade that brought Benny Feilhaber to Kansas City a second time. Rwatubyaye’s time in Colorado was longer but he never made an appearance for the Rapids, instead spending his time on loan to the Colorado Springs Switchbacks. At the end of this year, the Rapids didn’t pick up Rwatubyaye’s option, making him a free agent. He’s now moving to Europe, joining North Macedonian side, FC Shkupi.
