World Cup qualifying is coming closer to its conclusion but for one confederation, World Cup qualifying has only really started. In Qatar, the Oceania Football Confederation is hosting its tournament to see which team will represent the OFC against the fourth place finisher in CONCACAF to see who will qualify for the World Cup later this year in Qatar.
