Two former Sporting Kansas City players found new clubs this past week. First former homegrown player, Kevin Ellis signed for DC United for their stretch run and made his debut on Saturday against the New England Revolution, coming on as a substitute for the final 11 minutes. Elsewhere, former Kansas City winger, Toni Dovale has moved his career to Cyprus after spending the last year or so with former KC forward Sunil Chhetri for Bengaluru FC in India. Dovale announced on his Twitter that he was joining Nea Salamina in Cyprus.
