Seminoles sweep Golden Eagles, 98 – 49

The Southern Miss Golden Eagles (3 – 4) fell under .500 for the first time this season with their loss against Florida State (8 – 1) on Dec. 5 in Tallahassee.

The Southern Miss men’s basketball team dropped their third straight game, losing to the Florida State Seminoles by a score of 98-49.

The Seminoles scored 98 points, which is the most points scored against the Golden Eagles this season – Tougaloo scored 96 points in the season opener. The Golden Eagles scored 49 points total against the Seminoles, a season low for USM.
