Junior forward Sean O’Brien attempts a block on an Indiana State shot Wednesday at SIU Arena. He finished the game with 13 points and three assists. O’Brien contributed a team-high five rebounds in the Saluki's (17-3, 6-1 Missouri Valley Conference) 79-66 win against Indiana State (10-9, 4-3).
SIU (18-7, 7-5 MVC) is currently tied with Indiana State (13-11, 7-5 MVC). Both are coming off of tough losses Saturday.
The Salukis lost to the Ramblers, extending their losing streak to four, while the Sycamores gave the Bradley Braves their fourth win on the season.
