Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo has been ruled out of Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals against the Atlanta Hawks, the team said Thursday.
Antetokounmpo suffered a hyperextended left knee during Game 4 on Tuesday. An MRI showed no structural damage or ligament damage, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski and Zach Lowe on Wednesday.
He has been averaging 28.2 points, 12.7 rebounds and 5.2 assists in the postseason
The series is tied 2-2.
Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young and center Clint Capela have both been listed as questionable for Thursday night's game.
