West Ham are closing in on the signing of Manchester City youngster Carlos Borges, according to a report.
The 19-year-old winger was prolific for City's Under 21s, who won Premier League 2 last season, with 21 goals in 24 appearances last season.
Premier League rivals West Ham have agreed a fee of £14million for Borges, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
City, as they have done in the past with Southampton's Romeo Lavia and other young players, will include a buy back clause in the deal.
Borges has been part of City's youth set-up since 2015 and been capped by several of Portugal's youth teams.
