Tim Sherwood has labelled Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as a ‘disgrace’ after he was forced to sit out of Arsenal's clash with Southampton due to another disciplinary issue.
The Gunners captain was dropped to the bench for Arsenal’s 2-1 loss to Everton and had hoped to return to Mikel Arteta's squad for their fixture against the Saints on Saturday.
However, the 32-year-old was left out of the squad after he reportedly missed training with the squad at their London Colney HQ on Friday.
Speaking ahead of Arsenal's 3-0 victory over Southampton, Arteta said ‘Unfortunately (Aubameyang isn’t playing) due to a disciplinary breach.
