Raheem Sterling had given the Blues the lead at St Mary's, but goals from Romeo Lavia and Adam Armstrong saw the home side take all three points.
The defeat condemned Chelsea to their second defeat of the season and the German boss believes his side are struggling for focus and to find consistency.

Thomas Tuchel was not happy with his Chelsea side's performance at St Mary's on Tuesday
