Ralph Hasenhuttl believes his Southampton players should take Manchester United's overzealous celebrations as a compliment following their last-gasp defeat.
Southampton got off to the perfect start at St Mary's on Sunday, with Jan Bednarek and James Ward-Prowse putting the hosts 2-0 ahead with just 33 minutes on the clock on Sunday afternoon.
But Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side produced an inspiring comeback in the second half, with Bruno Fernandes netting before super sub Edinson Cavani struck twice - including an injury-time effort - to wrap up the three points.
It was a tough one to take for Hasenhuttl and his Southampton players, who still sit fifth in the Premier League despite their defeat.
