Blackburn are close to signing Southampton forward Sam Gallagher.
The 20-year-old spent the first half of last season on loan in the Championship with MK Dons where he made 15 appearances without scoring.
Gallagher's MK Dons debut came against Rotherham United, in which he made two assists during the match, but the forward failed to impress after that.
The 6ft 4in Gallagher has scored two goals in 20 appearances for Southampton.
