Red Bull's football chief Ralf Rangnick has revealed Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp convinces potential players to join the club by meeting and speaking to them directly.
Rangnick told The Times that Klopp secured both Sadio Mane from Southampton and Naby Keita from RB Leipzig by convincing them that Liverpool was the 'next best step' for them.
Mane completed a £30million move to Liverpool from the Saints in 2016 while Keita joined the Reds from the Bundesliga giants in 2017 for £55m.
Rangnick detailed Klopp's approach to signing players and how he tries to convince them that Liverpool is the best place for their development.
