Oleksandr Zinchenko will be back for Arsenal's clash with Southampton after the Ukrainian was replaced by Kieran Tierney in the Gunners draw at West Ham because of a tight groin

Arsenal are optimistic Oleksandr Zinchenko will return for Friday's home match against Southampton after he missed their draw at West Ham through injury.

The 26-year-old was left out of the squad at the London Stadium because of a tight groin, but the injury is not thought to be serious.

Kieran Tierney played in his place at West Ham. After letting a 2-0 lead slip for the second match in a row, Mikel Arteta's league leaders will look to bounce back against the Premier League's bottom club on Friday night.

Arsenal are offering support to Bukayo Saka after the forward was subjected to abuse online following his penalty miss in Sunday's draw.
