Mike Dean has been labelled 'arrogant' by Sky Sports Pundit Matt Le Tissier during Chelsea's visit to Southampton on Saturday for ignoring Marcos Alonso's challenge on Shane Long.
With the Saints leading the game 1-0 in the first-half, things began to heated shortly before the break as Alonso appeared to lunge in on Long, which saw his studs pressed into the forward's right calf.
At half-time, former Saint Le Tissier attacked Dean's decision to overlook the challenge.
'How this is not seen by the referee is quite bizarre,' Le Tissier said.
