Leicester City have agreed a deal with Southampton for the transfer of defender Jannik Vestergaard, subject to the Danish defender passing a medical.
A £15million deal has been struck between the two clubs and now manager Ralph Hasenhuttl has confirmed the centre-back will be moving to the King Power stadium.
Despite the deal having not been formally rubber-stamped, it has been confirmed by Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers that Vestergaard is already training with his new club, with permission from Southampton, so that he can feature against Wolves in Saturday's Premier League opener.
