Frank Lampard is 'plotting a move for both Kyle Walker-Peters and Armando Broja' but must wait for Premier League to give Everton the green light to start spending following concerns over profit and sustainability rules

Frank Lampard is eager to recruit two new signings for Everton but must wait for the Premier League to give the Merseyside club the green light to start spending again.

Lampard is interested in the services of Southampton full back Kyle Walker-Peters after Jonjoe Kenny left to the club to sign for Bundesliga club Hertha BSC this summer.

Lampard is also keen to reunited with teenage starlet Armando Broja - who was breaking onto the scene at Chelsea when the former England defender was still the manager at Stamford Bridge.
