Dominik Szoboszlai's girlfriend Fanni Gecsek has appeared to take a swipe at Romeo Lavia after reportedly she liked a post trolling him following his difficult start to life at Chelsea - having snubbed Liverpool to play for the Blues.
Lavia looked certain to join the Reds this summer before rejecting a move to Jurgen Klopp's side in favour of Chelsea, who he signed for in a £58million deal from Southampton.
However, the 19-year-old is yet to feature for Chelsea amid a battle with fitness after hardly playing or training for the Saints while his future was up in the air - and he has now suffered an ankle injury in training to compound his woes.
