James Ward-Prowse inspired Southampton to a point at Brighton after coming back from two goals down.
Brighton took the lead after just two minutes through Danny Welbeck, before an own goal from Mohammed Salisu doubled their lead.
Southampton captain Ward-Prowse inspired his team to a comeback, first with a trademark free-kick on the stroke of half-time, before adding a second less than ten minutes into the second-half.
