Southampton have confirmed Nathan Jones as their new manager on a three-and-a-half-year contract.
Jones' reputation took a knock during his time in charge at Stoke City but he has won plenty of plaudits since returning to Luton Town, leading to this chance at St Mary’s.
Chris Cohen and Alan Sheehan will join him on the south coast as first team coaches, with Southampton wasting little time to replace axed Ralph Hasenhuttl.
'I'm really proud to be given this opportunity,' Jones said.
'I know a lot about the club from back in the days of The Dell, to coming here to St Mary's, and it's a wonderful football club.
