Arsene Wenger's men have won just two of their seven last encounters against the South Coast club, and were beaten by Claude Puel's side 2-0 in the EFL Cup earlier this season.
However, while Wenger may want to field a strong line-up to defeat the Saints, he will be weary of an upcoming run of league fixtures.
