TAMPA, NOV. 23, 2015 – USF guard Courtney Williams (Folkston, Ga.) earned a spot on the weekly American Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball Honor Roll Monday.
Williams led the Bulls in a 66-63 loss to No. 5/4 Baylor Thursday night, scoring 26 points, including 19 in the second half. The senior averaged a .340 shooting percentage and grabbed five rebounds. Williams also dished out three assists. Williams was named to the WNIT All-Tournament team after leading the Bulls to the semifinals.
Last week Williams was named The American Player of the Week and has been The American Conference Player of the Week five times over the past three seasons.
