TAMPA, AUG. 27, 2018 – USF was represented with two American Athletic Conference players of the week and a one player named to the honor roll after defeating No. 17 Baylor on Friday night, the league announced Monday.
Junior (L'ancienne-Lorette, Quebec, Canada) was named offensive player of the week and freshman (Rincon, Ga.) was named goalkeeper of the week. Redshirt junior was named to the honor roll for the second straight week.
Viens was an important offensive force for USF in the 3-1 victory over the Bears on Friday night. She had a direct impact on all three goals scored by the Bulls.
