USF athletic director Mark Harlan announced on Wednesday a three-year contract extension for women’s soccer head coach Denise Schilte-Brown that keeps her at USF through the 2022 season.
Coach Schilte-Brown is coming off a successful 2017 campaign in which she achieved her first AAC title and led the Bulls to its third NCAA Tournament in four years.
Her new contract is worth $775k, starting at $135,000 in 2018 and increasing by $10k through the 2022 season. Bonuses include:
- $5,000 for winning the conference and/or making the NCAA Tournament.
- $25,000 for winning the national title (so beat UCF).
