GAINESVILLE, FEB. 19, 2017 – USF men’s golf started its spring season with a top-10 finish at the SunTrust Gator Invitational on Sunday.
USF (+29) tied for 10th place with No. 12 Wake Forest in the two-day event at Mark Bostick Golf Course (par 70, 6,701 yards). Head coach Steve Bradley’s Bulls have placed in the top 10 in all six events so far this season.
Juniors Jimmy Jones (Tampa) and Claudio Correa (Chile) led the lineup, tying for 26th place at 7-over.
