TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 23, 2020 – The University of South Florida softball team earned its fourth consecutive win to close out the USF Invitational with a 3-2 victory over No. 12 Tennessee. Georgina Corrick earned the complete-game victory while a three-run third inning powered the Bulls offense in the triumph.
Tennessee jumped out to the early lead, plating a run in the first inning. Corrick settled in afterwards, sitting down the Lady Vols in order in the second and facing one over the minimum in the third.
USF (6-7) rallied to take the lead in the third inning.
