South Florida Bulls reserve offensive lineman and redshirt freshman Benjamin Knox has been arrested for firing a gun at a campus dorm’s exterior, per a report from local authorities.
Allegedly, Knox shot at the dorm from a parking garage early Sunday morning, according to university police. Nobody was injured.
Authorities then saw an open gun case and bullets inside Knox’s car, plus shell casings outside on the ground. Knox was then arrested at his dorm, where the gun was found. Knox, 21, was then taken to the country jail and held on $15,000 bond following being charged with “shooting a firearm on school property and shooting into an occupied building.
