AAC Golfer of the Year set program records for career scoring average and rounds of par or better.
TAMPA, FLA., JUNE 2, 2022 – USF men's golf standout Albin Bergstrom (Falsterbo, Sweden) earned his fourth career all-region selection when he was named to the NCAA Division I PING All-Southeast Region Team.
The 2022 AAC Golfer of the Year and 2021 AAC Golf Championship individual medalist also earned All-Southeast Region honors in 2019, 2020 and 2021. A two-time PING Honorable mention All-American, Bergstrom has earned three All-Conference honors, was named to the 2019 Division I All-Freshman Team and the AAC Freshman of the Year and is a two-time Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar on his way to a third recognition.
