USF men’s golf was in perfect position to advance out of the NCAA Kissimmee Regional heading into day three at Reunion Resort’s Watson course, but the Bulls collapsed on the final day to card a 1-over 289 to finish eighth, dropping from fourth place prior to the start of play Wednesday. The Bulls finished 12-under for the tournament.
Senior Priyanshu Singh, who carded a 5-under 67 on Tuesday, couldn’t maintain that level of play on Wednesday and gave it all back in the final round as he finished with a 5-over 77.
No Bull recorded more than four birdies in the final round, which given the low scores throughout the tournament, wasn’t going to keep the Bulls in contention.
