TAMPA (November 25, 2022) – The University of South Florida Bulls (2-5) got off to a slow start on Friday afternoon, but found its offensive rhythm for its second straight victory – a 75-60 triumph over St. Francis College of Brooklyn.
South Florida dominated the paint, 40-10, backed by Russel Tchewa's season-high 16 points. The big man went 8-for-10 from the field; setting a new career high in field goals made.
"We forced some shots early, but settled in and started moving the ball better, and played good basketball after the slow start," said head coach Brian Gregory.
