TAMPA, MARCH 30, 2020 – University of South Florida head men's basketball coach Brian Gregory announced Monday that the program's 2020 team camp originally scheduled for June 12-14 has been canceled.
The decision to cancel was made as part of a continued effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 virus and to protect student-athletes, coaches, institutional and event staff, campers, parents and any other attendees or spectators.
"We always look forward to hosting summer camps because we believe we have one of the best team camps in the country, but the health and safety of our campers, their parents and coaches, as well as our own student-athletes, coaches and everyone in the community is our top priority," Gregory said.
