TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (September 3, 2023) – The University of South Florida women's soccer team was back on the pitch on Sunday for a showdown with No. 2 ranked Florida State. scored the lone goal for USF, but the Bulls fell to the Seminoles 5-1.
The USF defense started strong and held FSU to just three shots on goal in the first half. Unfortunately, the Seminoles found the back on the net on a Jordynn Dudley goal in the seventh minute.
Florida State scored three unanswered goals early in the second half.
Despite being down 4-0, the Bulls never stopped fighting.
