TAMPA, SEPT. 21, 2015 – USF Athletics continues to help its former student-athletes reach their goal of earning a college degree.
The latest former Bull to cross the academic finish line was men’s basketball star Chucky Atkins, who graduated this summer with a bachelor’s degree in general studies with a concentration in leadership.
“This department is happy and willing to facilitate the return of our former student-athletes back to campus to complete their degree,” Associate Director of Athletics for Academics Tim Anderson said.
Atkins played for the Bulls from 1992-96 before spending 11 seasons in the NBA.
