USF Athletics Increases Graduate Total to 210 Since 2016-17 School Year

TAMPA, DEC. 7, 2018 – USF Athletics congratulates another impressive group of student-athletes receiving their degrees this weekend during fall commencement ceremonies at the Yuengling Center.

With 27 student-athletes projected to receive degrees this fall, USF Athletics increased its total number of graduates to 210 since the 2016-17 school year. USF student-athletes are currently on a program-record run of seven straight semesters with a cumulative grade-point average above 3.0 and have posted a Graduation Success Rate above 80 percent for five straight years.

Among the student-athletes projected to receive their degrees this weekend are 12 members of head coach Charlie Strong's football team that will make the program's fourth straight postseason appearance in the Bad Boy Mowers Gasparilla Bowl against Marshall on Thursday, Dec.
