Two motorcyclists riding on separate bikes were killed when they crashed into the same vehicle late Friday, police said.
The accident happened about 11 p.m. in the southbound lanes of U.S. 27, about a half-mile south of Pembroke Road, Miramar police spokeswoman Tania Rues said.
None of the occupants in the vehicle was injured during the crash. The motorcycles and the vehicle were all traveling south when the accident occurred.
One of the motorcyclists was pronounced dead at the scene; the other was taken to Hollywood Memorial Regional Hospital, where he later died, she said.
