TAMPA (November 6, 2023) – The University of South Florida's Alvin Tudorica has been named the American Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Month, the league announced on Monday. The award comes on the heels of Tudorica advancing to the quarterfinals of the ITA National Fall Championships which were held on San Diego on November 1-5.
Tudorica advanced to the quarterfinals of the ITA National Fall Championships with a pair of wins, including a comeback triumph over No. 22 Peter Makk of USC (1-6, 7-6, 6-4). He qualified for the ITA National Fall Championships by earning a runner-up finish at the ultra-competitive Southeast Regionals in Atlanta earlier in October.
