TAMPA, AUG. 5, 2020 – University of South Florida men's basketball head coach Brian Gregory announced Wednesday that Tom Herrion has been promoted to Associate Head Coach.
Herrion recently completed his third season on Gregory's staff and has helped build USF into one of the top programs in the American Athletic Conference. The Bulls have won 48 games during Herrion's three seasons at USF after winning just 24 in the three seasons before his arrival in 2017. In addition, USF has won 38 games over the last two seasons, marking the most during a two-year span since the 1990-91 and 1991-92 teams also won 38.
